Microsoft and Hughes plan to develop roadband-enabled information and communications technology kiosks

Microsoft and Hughes plan to develop 5,000 broadband-enabled information and communications technology kiosks across rural India. The kiosks are scheduled to be deployed in 200 small towns and rural regions.
